ARGD Refund & Return Policy
Our goal at ARGD is to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse.
Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
As a small business, ARGD partners with a print-on-demand company to create each product specifically for you at the time of purchase. Once your item is printed, we incur charges for production, which makes it challenging to accommodate returns due to a change of mind. We kindly urge you to double-check your order details, including size and specifications, to ensure you are committed to your purchase.
If you still choose to return an item for any reason not covered by our policy, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping expenses using your own packaging. Return instructions and shipping information will be included with your original packaging for your convenience.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@argd.online. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping information will be listed within your package. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, even if the information in your packaging provides a return address.
Return Address:
Your return address is set to our partnering print facility by default. If you decide to use a different return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.
Important: Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days if not resolved.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If an incorrect address was provided at the time of order, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is confirmed. Unclaimed shipments that return to our facility are also subject to a reshipment fee.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds unless there is a defect or error on our end, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Refunds are not available for reasons such as wrong sizes, buyer's remorse, or other customer errors.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return for a valid issue, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
